These women are my mentors, they are ALWAYS there to lend you a hand when you need in anything. The reason of wanting to become an RN is because of them. They also saw something in me that i didn’t and are currently pushing me to become an RN. I hope to make them proud one day.

I cannot Thank You enough for the opportunity that you gave me when you hired me in 1998 as a PCA on your unit. I had under my arm a degree in nursing from native country but my knowledge on the English language was limited. Until these day I don’ t know what made you take a change on me. However, you believed in me and supported me. Then, you hired me as a RN and later you wrote me a letter of recommendation to pursue my master degree at NYU. The moment that you decided to take a change on me, that moment, changed my professional and personal life. I will forever grateful!
