NJ Business Donates 30,000 Face Shields to St. Joseph’s Health
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to take its toll on frontline workers across the country, local luxury brands manufacturer Pac Team Group made a much-appreciated donation of 30,000 face shields to St. Joseph’s Health. Paramus-based Pac Team, a global organization specializing in the manufacturing of retail environments and packaging, is helping to protect our frontline healthcare workers who are continuing to combat COVID-19.
“The sacrifice these individuals on the front-line have been making is immeasurable.” said Pac Team Group President, Eric Zuckerman. At the onset of the pandemic, Pac Team Group, which like many businesses has been hit hard economically, refocused its manufacturing facilities to help with the PPE shortage. Although they were now transitioning back to their normal operations, Zuckerman saw that the need for PPE was still plaguing healthcare systems and as a result, he reached out to the Foundation.
“During a time when our system is relying on PPE more than ever, St. Joseph’s Health Foundation is incredibly grateful to accept the donation of 30,000 face shields from Pac Team Group. Thanks to your support, our heroes can safely and effectively answer the call to serve our community at a time they need us most,” said Robert B. Budelman III, VP and Chief Development Officer of St. Joseph’s Health Foundation.
If you would like to make a donation of PPE to our frontline healthcare workers, please call the Foundation at (973) 754-GIVE (4483).
